So its the start of another year and I'm going to redouble my commitment to the gym. Although it is unlikely I'll ever see this level of fitness - it is this to which I aspire. I would love to have a body like that. Unfortunately, someone had to go and invent chocolate chip cookies, cheesecake, red velvet cake, etc. to thwart me.

Having a body like that would mean having to buy clothes in the boys department. I am working out my training (running and cross)plans for the spring and will post them. I have a half marathon in February; a 200 mile relay race in April and a full marathon in July.

Yeah, I need to get into the gym again. So many choices around here though. Between PlanetFitness, Golds, Bally, and a new one here I can't decide which I want to attend.
I find Bally's too cruisy, seriously. I'm there for a workout, not a hookup.
I suspect PF will be the same. I'll try.
