My blogger toolbar is missing several tools; including posting photos. If you use blogger - have you experienced this? Do you know what I need to do or how I can post photos?

Not sure why it's not working properly on your end... although they did some upgrades recently....
Thanks - yes, when I'm typing a new post the toolbar for formatting and editing (i.e. making text bold, italicized, etc...)also has an icon for inserting images. That icon is missing and I can't figure out how to make it re-appear. :-(
Thank you all! I just figured out that I need to keep my settings on basic to keep the image upload icon. Now when I get back home I'll be able to upload my videos and photographs

If you mean your dashboard, you might want to see what post editor options are set to.

I think you might have "quick editing" turned off. Go into Dashboard and then to "Design"
At the big square box titled "Blog posts", clik edit. There, a new window should open up with a bunch of options.
Just under "Labels" and above "Reactions" there is "quick editing"
If it's unchecked, check it.
Save and close.
